1. The agreement

Hi Fatih! is an English-learning app for kids, published by Northstack Studio. By downloading or using the app, you (the parent or guardian) agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Who may use the app

The app is intended for children to use under the supervision of a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian must set up the app, approve any purchase, and is responsible for how the child uses it. Any account is created and owned by the adult, not the child.

3. What you can do

You may use Hi Fatih! for personal, non-commercial use on the devices in your household. You may not resell access, attempt to reverse-engineer the app, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

4. Free & premium content

• Some units are free. Additional units and features may be offered as a one-time purchase or a subscription.
• All purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and sit behind a parent gate. A child cannot buy anything without an adult.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel any time through your app store account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the App Store or Google Play, and any rights you have under applicable law.

5. Learning content

All lessons, audio, images, characters, and other content in the app are owned by Northstack Studio and provided for your family's personal use only. Learning progress created in the app belongs to you.

6. Availability & changes

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it running smoothly, but we may add, change, or remove features and content over time. Lessons are designed to be educational, not a substitute for formal schooling.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Northstack Studio operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. If a change is material, we will post a notice on this page. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
